BACK UP CANCELLATION
In case of back down of the agreement, the guest must pay the following penalty:
-15% of the total, starting from the day of the written confirmation by Villaggio Capalbio till 31 days before the beginning day of the stay
-30% of the total, from 30 till 23 days before the beginning day of the stay
-50% of the total, from 22 days before till the beginning day of the stay
-100% in the case the guest decide to stop his starter stay

ASSIGNATION
The guest who will be unable to spend the booked stay can assign his reservation to a person meeting all conditions of the stay. The assignor guest must inform Villaggio Capalbio by FAX, which must reach Villaggio Capalbio not later than 4 workdays before the beginning of the stay. In the communication the assignee's name and address must be specified. The assignor and the assignee are jointly responsible for the payment.
